Private 1:1 Mentoring
Wrist pain changes how you MOVE, not whether you should.
A 3-month private mentoring experience for women over 50 who are tired of generic movement programs that don’t support the body they live in now.
Does wrist pain make it hard to stick with yoga or other movements?
Does it show up in small, everyday things you didn’t expect, like:
Getting dressed (yes, I see you wearing only clothes you’re stepping into).
Opening a jar (or anything requiring gripping and twisting).
Typing at your computer (honestly, I’ve stopped using the mouse and just use the track pad).
You’re taking care of your body, but you're not seeing or feeling improvement the way you should.
Movements you used to manage with EASE have become unpredictable or painful, and you start avoiding them all together (if you can).
Most of the women I work with have been dealing with this growing discomfort for a while.
They’ve been pushing through and doing what they can to stay active.
᯽
They’re not looking for another quick fix.
᯽
They want someone who will understand what’s been happening in their body,
and help them take a more thoughtful approach to it.
That's what we do together.
Discomfort is a constant throughout your day.
At first, you notice it in the small things.
Movement that used to be automatic now requires a second thought. You catch yourself hesitating before reaching, lifting, or typing. Considering whether your body will cooperate before you’ve even started, because wrist pain has a way of making everything take more effort than it should.
You've tried to stay ahead of it with yoga classes, stretching routines, taking breaks when it gets bad. Some of it helps for a little while, but none of it has fully stuck, and you don’t have time to continue driving all over for appointments.
And underneath all of it is a thought you keep coming back to: I should be able to manage this better. It shouldn't feel this hard.
Your body needs a different kind of support than it did before.
But most women are never shown what that actually looks like.
It’s not about trying harder. Or finding another class or routine that wasn’t designed for you.
You need an approach that takes your body into account. Something specific, and something that actually works as you apply it.
move from the SOUL and celebrate the body you're in.

Most yoga classes and movement routines aren’t designed for the body you have now.
This is BUILT around your body and what it needs now.
Finding EASE and enjoyment in how you move again
What three months can actually change
Recognizing what your body actually needs and what’s no longer working for you
Finding joy in movement
Trusting yourself by listening to your body's signals and knowing how to read them
Movement becomes something you look forward to, not something you dread
Showing up for yourself in a way that supports how your body is changing, not working against it
I'm a yoga teacher and scientist who lives with wrist pain and found a better way to MANAGE it.
MOST MOVEMENT PROGRAMS ARE BUILT FOR A GENERAL AUDIENCE AND TAUGHT BY SOMEONE WHO LEARNED ABOUT PAIN FROM A TEXTBOOK. I LEARNED ABOUT IT FROM MY OWN BODY.
Debilitating carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists forced me to modify how I performed everyday tasks and decreased my mobility. I know what it feels like when the work you love becomes physically impossible. I also know what it feels like to come back from that.
This is NOT physical therapy
or a random yoga class.
How long have you been hoping this will improve on its own?
At a certain point, you’ll need a different approach.
This is three months of real, dedicated support built around your body, your schedule, and your LIFE.

Questions before applying?
-
Absolutely. This is not a yoga class, but we use yoga and movement as tools to help you feel better in your body now. No prior experience required.
-
This is not a replacement for prescribed clinical treatments and is for educational purposes only. PT is typically short-term, focused on a specific injury, and ends when the injury is resolved. This mentoring is about your whole body, your whole life, and building lasting habits over three months that you will be able to use beyond our time together. We look at movement, breath, daily stress, and how your body actually feels day to day, not just one symptom at a time.
-
You'll have your personalized movement, meditation, and breathwork plan to work through at your own pace. Every two weeks we meet on a live video call to review and adjust. In between, you have access to me via private weekday chat, so if something comes up, you don't have to wait two weeks to get support.
-
We design around your real schedule. Most clients find 20–40 minutes of movement per day works well, but we'll figure out what's sustainable for you specifically. This is about finding something you can actually do consistently.
-
A yoga mat and a small amount of floor space is all that's required to start. We may introduce props (like blocks and a bolster) as your practice develops, but nothing expensive is needed upfront.
-
Please let me know during our first conversation. I always recommend that clients continue working with their healthcare providers and are cleared for regular physical movement. Sacred Science is a complement to medical care, not a replacement for it.
-
A yoga class gives you 60 minutes in a room with 20 other people, a teacher who doesn't relate to your pain, and zero follow-up. Sacred Science is 3 months of daily access to me (a certified yoga teacher with a strong biomedical background and personal experience with wrist pain), a customized plan that evolves as your body does, biweekly calls, and the kind of focused attention that a studio model simply cannot offer. The price reflects the time, expertise, and transformation, not a class on a mat.
You've been MANAGING, but managing isn’t the same as improving.
You don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
I work with just 3 clients at a time
