Here’s what wrist pain and strength building have in common…

At 58, I’m not used to being bad at things.

One-minute dead hang.

Wrist pain is
Whenever my wrists hurt, my sleep shifts.
The discomfort makes it difficult for me to fall asleep.

And the lack of sleep only makes the pain feel more intense.
